“It was at Halozyme where Dr. Frost acquired his penchant for applying speed to large molecule therapy. Now, as Chairman and CEO at EXUMA Biotech, he’s applying that penchant to the administration of cell and gene therapies. That’s a considerably more complicated—and daunting—mission.
