Valerie Ford serves as Director of Human Resources at EXUMA Biotech. Valerie is a transformational leader with over 17 years of experience in Human Resources Management within various industries. Most recently, from 2014 to 2022, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Olympusat, Inc., a media broadcast company. From 2010 to 2014, she served in various HR roles providing strategic guidance, policy and procedure development, benefits administration, talent strategy, and ensuring legal compliance to support the organization’s mission.

Valerie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the Human Resources Society of Palm Beach County (HRPBC). At HRPBC, she served on the board as SHRM Foundation Community Relations Chair with a focus on various community initiatives and supporting Human Resources professionals.
